Sandwich How To Make A Sandwich Fried In Egg?

How to make a sandwich fried in egg? - sandwich

I saw a little while ago someone frying an ordinary sandwich dipped in egg and a frying pan. Once you do that? How can I do? So, what do you think would therefore be well advised to put the sandwich before frying.

My favorite is the Monte Cristo ... they are awesome!

MONTE CRISTO SANDWICH

8 slices bread
2 eggs
1 / 2 c. Milk
1 / 2 tsp. Salt
Pinch of pepper
Sliced Chicken Breast or Turkey (I think Turkey is best)
4 slices cooked ham
4 slices Swiss cheese
May, a thin slit (optional)
Mustard (optional)
Butter for frying

Eggs, milk, salt and pepper and set aside. A thin layer of mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each slice of bread. Layer ham, Turkey and other slice of bread on swiss.Put (as each sandwich). Dip sandwiches in egg mixture to moisten both sides and fry in a pan with butter. Press any brown fry until both sides. Then I cut, cut into 4 pieces, dust with some powdered sugar and wash with warm maple syrup.
